About

Our Story

The best healing happens where you feel most safe and comfortable: at home.

Why All In Home Rehab Exists

“I saw too many patients making progress in the clinic, only to struggle at home. I knew there had to be a better way. That’s why I started All In Home Rehab: to bring expert care into the spaces that matter most - the living rooms, staircases, and hallways where real life happens.”

With over 25 years of experience as a licensed physical therapist, Raed Taha has dedicated his career to redefining aging with dignity. Born from a passion to address the gaps in impersonal, clinic-based care, Raed founded All In Home Rehab in 2023 to bring compassionate, expert therapy directly to seniors’ homes.

A specialist in geriatric rehabilitation, Raed holds advanced certifications in fall prevention, neurological recovery, and post-surgical care. His hands-on approach ensures every therapy plan is tailored to the unique needs of patients’ living spaces—whether practicing balance in their kitchen or adapting exercises for their stairway.

Driven by the belief that “the best care happens at home,” Raed has built a team of 100% licensed therapists (no aides or assistants) and forged partnerships with local hospitals and senior centers to reduce readmissions and empower lifelong independence. Outside of clinical work, he hosts free community workshops on fall prevention and Medicare navigation, earning recognition as a trusted advocate for seniors in Monmouth, Middlesex, and Union Counties.

“Seeing my patients reclaim their independence—cooking, gardening, playing with grandkids—is why I do this work. Your home isn’t just where you live; it’s where healing happens.”
